What is a Navigator?

A Resource Navigator is a trained professional who helps connect individuals and families to the services and resources they need to improve their well-being. Navigators provide personalized guidance, assisting with everything from understanding available programs to completing applications for social services. They act as a trusted partner and advocate, ensuring that clients receive the support they need to overcome barriers and achieve greater stability in their lives.
